History
In the 1980s the insurgency in Punjab and the riots that ensued exposed a lot of chinks in the armour of the CBI (and RAW and the Army and all that), a Top Secret high level Comission was then set up to avoid such a problem cropping up in the future.
The comission in turn proposed that something so lethal must be made that will send shivers down the spine of the most deadly terrorist, and a particular shrewd and heartless Cop came up with an idea ... and its was then that this site was created on special request from the CBI which could use this it as a last resort, to break the most hardened criminals and terrorists, accused of the most henious crimes known to man
.These men, who unnerved by the various degrees of torture that they were subjected to,
broke down to tears in mere seconds of seeing this site.
This page was the single most important factor in reducing the crime rate in the Mumbai.
Such was the terror of this site that, crooks and criminals came down in hoards to surrender their weapons and live by peaceful means.
This practise was eventually discontinued when Human Rights Groups intervened and protested against the barbaric tactics used by the CBI.
Thus resulting in a substantial loss of traffic on this site.
The site got a new lease of life when Bush decided to declare the 'War on terror' in Iraq. Pentagon afraid that it will be accused of War Crimes has kept this site a closely guarded secret.
Records and Achievements
The site still holds the record of the maximum number of hits on any non-commercial Indian site hosted by a (then) Student from XII class from Pune, between 03:30 - 03:43 AM on any Saturday night in April with a full moon.(11th -Apr -2000)
